Guest Ratings & Reviews
My stay at the hotel was pleasant overall. The room was clean and convenient, although I expected it to be slightly larger since we were not in a big city. However, the size was smaller than other business hotels in Japan. The service by the train station was so helpful; they charged American dollars to my Japanese travel card, which was in yen, and provided storage for our bags. The location was very good, close to JR Matsumoto Station and plenty of dining options. The dining experience was simple with fewer choices but included in the price. Overall, a decent stay with some minor drawbacks.
I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were a bit on the small side, but they were clean and comfy. The staff provided friendly and efficient service. The location was fantastic, close to the train station and various dining options. The dining experience was satisfactory, offering a variety of traditional and non-traditional options. The facilities were well-maintained, with convenient access to coin-operated laundry on the 8th floor.
I stayed at the hotel located just a short walk from the JR Rail station. The room, though small, was well-equipped with everything I needed. The staff was very friendly, and the hotel's location right next to the train station was convenient. The availability of a GPS-enabled phone for guest use was a great idea. Additionally, having free wifi in the room and complimentary breakfast added value to my stay.
The hotel is located conveniently just opposite the main bus station and right beside the train station. The rooms, although a little tired looking and small, are clean and cozy. The service was courteous and helpful despite occasional moodiness. The dining options offer a variety of both Western and Japanese food, although some hot dishes were disappointing. The facilities are well-maintained, and the price is reasonable for the value provided.
My 4-night stay at the hotel was relatively comfortable with sufficiently equipped rooms and a good breakfast catering to Western tastes. The room was a bit small compared to other business hotels in Japan but had all the essentials. The friendly staff and excellent location next to the train station added to the positive experience.
